Southern Cross Educational Enterprises Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in the distribution of Christian-based resources throughout the South Pacific region.The Data Entry/Customer Service person will be responsible for entering, editing and printing of customer orders and invoices from our accounting system. In addition, frequent customer communication via email and phone is required. Other administrative duties such mail distribution, etc. is also expected.
Familiarisation with the A.C.E product range, customer types; pricing categories; terms of trade; general order procedure and invoicing. Ability and confidence to communicate with customers via email and phone. Prior experience with data entry, reception and accounting systems (SAP) in general would be highly-valued assets. Also expected will be a willingness and ability to work under the directions of senior staff in a team environment where cooperation and communication are essential traits.
The selected candidate will be expected to be in agreement with the Christian goals and values of the company.
